Celebrating the Red Sox season opener that is!
Because I haven’t gotten around to making any cracker jack yet, though I plan to within the next week…
I’m celebrating with a nice bowl of Hood Red Sox Green Monster Mint ice cream.
Hubs thinks it’s too sweet. I think it’s perfect. A very green minty ice cream with swirls of fudge and chocolate sox!

Oh my god! This has been my favorite ice cream for years! The best part is when you get a huuuuuge chunk of the fudge swirl! Or a bite with like, ten little chocolate socks. I need to go out and get some asap.
