Four Cheese Macaroni and Cheese Recipe from @bakedbyrachel

Have you ever heard the song “all of me”? There is this line in it that says “love all of your curves and edges”. Only the first time I heard it I totally didn’t hear it well enough to understand what he was saying and decided to make up my own version being ‘I love all of your curds and whey’. I know… I know. Totally dumb but I think it’s kind of funny every time I hear the song now even though I know what he’s really singing.

I do that a lot, change lyrics to songs. This one time I was doing it really loud with really ridiculous lyrics to an otherwise very normal song and then the doorbell rang… UPS had just dropped off a package at the front door. At least he didn’t need a signature and just dropped the package and left. I got a good laugh out of it.

Also, speaking of music, I hate a love/hate relationship with Hayden Panettiere’s singing and songs on Nashville. I can’t help but picture her as the cheerleader from Heroes still so I really want to not like her singing but I love it. And I can’t wait for the show to come back with new episodes. This whole let’s play reruns until the Olympics is over is kind of annoying. And let’s not discuss the fact that Scandal has been gone for what… three months… maybe more? Counting the days until it’s back on. Are you just as excited?

Haha I am also so into Nashville at the moment! I also keep picturing HP as a cheerleader but she’s slowly reeeeeeally getting me into Country music.
But I really came by to say I need to try this recipe! Anything with four cheeses in it are a must!

    • Rachel — February 17th, 2014 @ 10:32 am

It’s so hard to picture her as anything but that cheerleader. I guess her current role isn’t that much of a stretch from her previous roles though.

Yummy mac and cheese. I am always changing song lyrics too. I try not to sing out loud since I know I do this. My husband finds it so funny when he hears what I think they are versus the actual words.

    • Rachel — February 17th, 2014 @ 10:34 am

Thanks Emily :) You should tell your husband you’re changing the lyrics on purpose ;) Life is more fun making up your own song anyway.

Love homemade mac n cheese. Four cheeses just make it yummier! I’m loving the Olympics, but am a little down about the shows not being on as well. I was most upset last week about reign. Pathetic I know.

    • Rachel — February 17th, 2014 @ 10:35 am

I’ll honestly be happy when the olympics are over. I used to love them but they’re just kind of boring these days. And missing a favorite show is never pathetic :)
