On The 10th Day of Christmas… A Mini Cheesecake Pan Giveaway Closed!
As much as I love making large cheesecakes, they’re really only ideal if you’re having a party of some sort so you’re not stuck eating an entire cheesecake yourself. For some that might not sound like such a bad thing and if we’re talking pie, then I totally agree… but we’re not. So, this is one reason why I love making mini cheesecakes. Not only does it mean half as much cheesecake sitting around the house, but it also means no hassle of cutting. And let’s be real, cutting any dessert can be a royal pain.
I’ve had my mini cheesecake pan for less than a year but am fully in love with it. You can get super creative with what variations you want from lemon-lime, to pumpkin and even mini coffee cheesecakes with caramel whipped cream. Imagine the fun possibilities for individual toppings!
The other day I shared a recipe for mini eggnog cheesecakes which are practically a must make for Christmas. They’re just so seasonally perfect, even my kids loved them!

White Chocolate & Rasberry is my favourite cheesecake!
My favorite cheesecake is mint with a dark chocolate ganache, no crust. The only time I enjoy a good cracker crust is with strawberry pie or a chocolate silk.
