Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette
Easy homemade lemon Dijon vinaigrette dressing is a quick and flavorful addition to all of your favorite salads or used as a simple marinade for chicken, fish or seafood!
Servings: 12 plus
- 6 Tb olive oil
- 3 Tb lemon juice
- 3 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tsp honey
- 3 Tb white wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic smashed into a paste or finely minced
- 3/8 tsp salt
- 3/8 tsp ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a measuring cup or clean bowl, whisk until fully combined. Alternately, shake vigorously in a jar until fully combined.
Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for future use.
Recipe yields roughly 1 cup, serves 12-16.
