Line a muffin tin with 9 greaseproof liners. Set aside.
Cook macaroni and cheese according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, cook, drain and chop bacon.
Stir broccoli and bacon into macaroni and cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Divide mixture between prepared liners. Sprinkle with Panko breadcrumbs. If desired, lightly spritz with olive oil for golden breadcrumbs.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set and breadcrumbs are golden. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
