Heat a 12-inch oven safe skillet
over medium heat. Add butter and garlic, cooking for 30 seconds. Add flour, whisking until smooth. Add milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes or until warm. Add shredded extra sharp and Havarti cheese, whisking until smooth and creamy. Drain pasta, add to skillet with bacon. Gently stir to coat.
