Slow Cooker Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey and Three Bean Chili

4Cturkeycooked and shredded or chopped
1Cyellow onionchopped
3/4Cred bell pepperchopped
1jalapeñofinely diced
2clovesgarlicminced
7ozcorndrained
1: 15oz black beansdrained and rinsed well
1: 15oz navy beansdrained and rinsed
2: 15oz northern white beansdrained and rinsed
1: 15oz petite diced tomatoesdrained
1tspcumin
2tspchili powder
1 1/2tspsalt
1/2tspground black pepper
4Cchicken broth
green onionsfor topping
Instructions
Prepare vegetables. Drain and rinse all beans well. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a 6 quart slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
Serve warm with optional green onion slices, cheese, sour cream or lime juice.
