Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet.
Stretch dough to desired shape and size. Spread sauce evenly over prepared crust, leaving a crust border. Top off with shredded beef and chopped vegetables. Sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. And finally, sprinkle with ground black pepper and optional red pepper flakes.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until desired crispness is reached. Slice and serve warm.
