1/2CGuinness
1/2tspactive dry yeast
1/4tspgranulated sugar
1 1/4Call purpose flour
3/4tspsalt
1Tbspolive oil
Instructions
Heat Guinness to 115°F. Dissolve yeast and sugar in Guinness. Allow to proof for 5 minutes.
Prepare a stand mixer with dough hook attachment. Combine flour and salt in stand mixer bowl. With mixer running on low, slowly add yeast mixture, followed by olive oil. Mix until a smooth ball of dough forms. Add additional flour or olive oil as needed.
Transfer dough to a greased bowl. Cover and allow to rise in a warm location for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or olive oil. Shape dough into a 10-inch circle. Add toppings, bake for 20-25 minutes or until desired crispness is reached.
Slice and serve warm.
