Add chocolate syrup to a small rimmed plate. Add finely crushed graham crackers to a second rimmed plate or low bowl. Using two 8oz martini glasses, carefully dip the rim of one into the chocolate sauce. Immediately dip in graham cracker crumbs. Repeat with second glass. If desired, drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass. Place in the freezer to harden for 30-60 minutes.
Drink mixture may be prepared ahead, by combining ingredients and chilling until ready to serve. Alternately, fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and half of the remaining liquid. Shake well and strain into one of the prepared glasses. Repeat with remaining liquid and glass. Serve with a marshmallow and toast, if desired.
