2large granny smith apples, peeled, core removed, sliced
2/3Cgranulated sugar
1/2tspground nutmeg
1Tbspfresh lemon juice
1Tbspall-purpose flour

1/4Call-purpose flour
2 1/2Tbsplight brown sugar
1/4tspground cinnamon
1/4tspkosher salt
2Tbspunsalted butter, room temperature
1/2Cold fashioned oatmeal
Whipped cream:
1Cheavy whipping cream
3Tbsphoney
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a large cast-iron skillet, place frozen tater tots on the bottom making sure they are arranged in an even layer. Top tater tots with apple filling. Then top apple filling with the granola topping. Bake in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. Remove skillet from oven and add cheddar cheese on top. Bake for another five minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Remove skillet from oven, let it cool slightly. Serve with a big dollop of honey whipped cream on top!
In a large bowl, combine apple slices, sugar, nutmeg, juice, flour, and butter. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, granola, and salt. Add butter using your fingers to combine with dry ingredients. Set aside when done.
In a stand fitted with a whisk attachment, whisk the heavy cream on high. Slowly add the honey. Whisk until soft peaks form. Set aside until ready to top the tot dish!
