Trim chicken and pound down to 1/2-inch thickness. Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Sprinkle one side of chicken with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Brush with half of the barbecue sauce. Place seasoned side down in heated pan. Season remaining side of chicken as done previously. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Transfer to a cutting board and slice into thin strips.
Cook bacon, drain on a paper towel and chop into small pieces.
Layer wraps or fill taco shells with desired fillings. Enjoy!
