Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Use a long fork, poke it through the side of an English muffin, working your way around until you've popped it open.
If desired, add sauce to your English muffin. Spread evenly with the back side of a spoon.
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Top off with your desired pizza toppings. Use more than you think you may need. It will spread out as the cheese melts. If using larger pepperoni or vegetables, cut down into thinner and smaller pieces.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are getting crispy. Cool slightly before eating.
