Cook your chicken and cut into strips or bite size chunks. In a bowl, pour 2 tbsp buffalo sauce over chicken pieces and coat well. Depending on the size of your wraps you may be able to make one large wrap or two smaller wraps. Ours are around 8" so I made two smaller wraps. If making two smaller wraps, divide chicken into two portions. Place your chicken on the center of the wrap, or wraps. Cover chicken with cheese and Romaine. Fold in two opposite sides, overlapping and covering the contents of the wrap. Then fold in one of the remaining sides and roll to close.
