Preheat oven to 350F°. In a food processor, combine flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and oats.
Add butter and blend. Remove 1 cup of oatmeal mix, set aside. Add 1/2 egg whites to food processor, blend until mixture is just combined.
Press moist mixture into a foil lined square baking pan. Try to get the crust as flat as possible. Bake crust for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix yogurt, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Set aside. Peal, core and slice apples into bite size pieces. Add to the yogurt mix, toss to coat apples. Spoon filling over crust spreading out as evenly as possible.
Sprinkle reserved oat mixture over apples. Press down to flatten just slightly. Bake at 350F° for 25 minutes. Cool in pan then transfer to the fridge to chill for at least one hour.
