1batch whole wheat pizza dough, homemade or store bought, see notes
Pizza:
1/2Cchunky blue cheese dressing
1/4Cblue cheese crumbles
1/2Cbuffalo sauce
1-2Cwhole milk mozzarella, shredded
2Cchicken, shredded and seasoned with salt and pepper.
1/4Cred onion, sliced
Scallions, chopped
Ground black pepper
Instructions
Prepare dough as instructed.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Shape dough to desired size and shape, allowing to rest as needed to stretch further. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, coat fully cooked and shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, set aside.
Spread blue cheese dressing evenly over partially baked crust. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles. Scatter coated chicken and onion slices throughout. Top off with shredded mozzarella, a few tablespoons of chopped scallions and black pepper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until desired crispness is reached. Slice and serve warm.
