Add uncooked chicken breast and chicken broth to a saucepan. Place over medium heat. Simmer until chicken is cooked through. Remove from heat. Transfer chicken to a clean prep surface (cutting board, plate etc) to shred. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, celery, dressing, ground pepper and celery seed. Mix well. Add shredded chicken and blue cheese crumbles. Mix chicken in until well coated and evenly dispersed.
Add mixture to an oven safe dish. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or just bubbling. Serve immediately. If desired, transfer dip to a slow cooker to keep warm.
