King Arthur Flour Giveaway {Closed}
Being a New Englander, I’m familiar with King Arthur Flour. It’s the only flour I buy and honestly, that’s the only brand I thought my local store carried. The majority of shelves are full of various styles from all-purpose to bread, whole wheat and cake flour. The usual suspects BUT that’s not all they have. Check out their amazing selection that only continues to grow.
I love that they’re a local company, even if by local it means within the region. Someday I hope to travel to their Vermont location to check out their store, take a class and maybe even get a tour! I have a feeling I’d have a very hard time resisting all of their amazing baked goods from the bakery.
But King Arthur Flour isn’t just flour. You can buy specialty ingredients, mixes and baking tools too – direct from their website! How awesome would this two tiered pie carrier be for the upcoming holidays?! I know that’s on my wish list!
With apple season in full swing and many months more of baking heading our way, you could probably use some extra baking supplies to help you out, right? King Arthur Flour is sponsoring a giveaway for an apple a day party.
I’ve already mentioned that I use King Arthur Flour exclusively so far. The other products were all new to me. What I love about them…the boiled cider is a fantastic way to add an extra bit of apple flavor to a dish or you can make a quick batch of apple cider by combining that with water. I’ve already used the boiled cider several times since receiving it. The pastry blender, what more can I say besides – you need one of these if you ever make pie crust or other pastries from scratch. I’ve always used forks and knives or even my food processor, but all of those options can be a pain in one way or another. And the Zyliss apple corer is pretty awesome. The handle is two pieces; unlocking the handle allows the moveable portion to push out the apple core that will likely get stuck. Genius! I always pull or push it out with my fingers and sometimes worry about cutting myself. No more worries with this one!

That Deep Dish Blueberry Pie looks really good. And the lattice topping may make it relatively lower-carb!
