On The 2nd Day of Christmas…A Dreamfarm Giveaway Closed!

Day 2 of my 12 Days of Giveaways event is here! I had the pleasure of trying out some fabulous new to me products. If you haven’t ever heard of Dreamfarm, I highly suggest you go hop around their site and check things out. They have a collection of really fun and totally ingenious ideas for changing the way we work in the kitchen, and other areas of the house.

I was most excited to try out the Garject. I loved my old garlic press but it was lacking in a few areas. The Dreamfarm Garject solves all of the problems of a typical garlic press. It presses unpeeled garlic, scrapes the pressed garlic and ejects the remains! Plus, cleanup is a snap! Don’t believe me? Check out a video HERE. Watch and be amazed. I know I was.

In addition to the Garject, I was given the opportunity to try several other items…

The Tapi attaches to most standard bathroom faucets, allowing it to be used as a fountain. This seemed brilliant to me as I hate sharing or reusing cups to rinse after brushing my teeth. The only downfall to me is that it only fits on one of the 4 faucets in our house, not a huge deal since it does work in our primary bathroom.

Chobs wrap around the corners of your cutting board, allowing you to utilize both sides for cutting without making a mess of your counter. The design raises your board up and also provides a nonslip base.

The Gripet is a collect all note strip. It has a magnetic back or can be mounted. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to accurately test this out since it needs to have a flat magnetic surface which is lacking in my kitchen.

My second favorite item of the group is hands down the Clongs. They look like your standard silicone tipped kitchen tongs with a slightly different design, but they’re so much more. Dreamfarm designed these tongs so the end would stay off of the counter while resting, whether open or closed. This also allows them to easily rest on a pan. Even better… only have one hand free? No problem, the Clongs have a one click open and close button!
