Last month sometime, I bought a rug scrubber. I know, super exciting. Try to hold your excitement back. It’s one of those adult purchases that just makes life easier. And I figured, if I’m going to pay someone a couple hundred or more every year, then why not spend that much on a machine to clean the carpets myself. Makes total sense. Maybe it’s not quite as good as a professional cleaning, but it’s a hell of a lot cheaper and more convenient. I feel like I’ve already gotten my moneys worth out of it and I’ve only cleaned two rooms. It’s strangely enjoyable to clean the carpets and know that they’re significantly cleaner even if they look exactly the same. All of that hidden dirt that the vacuum doesn’t get… gross.

Also, I went to Ulta for the first time every last week. I was in need of a new curling iron, because I kind of hate my curling wand. It’s okay, but it’s a pain to use. They’re one of those things that take a lot of getting used to. Traditional curling irons are just easier. Anyway… I seriously could’ve spent hours in that store. SO much to look at and explore. I’m not sure if this is the case with all of their stores, but I was surprised to see that they also had a mini salon inside. That could be so dangerous on a wallet! At least with a regular salon, the products they have on hand are limited. I feel like if you walk into that store, you can’t leave without getting something – anything. It’s like Target. They just lure you in.

I’ve been planning on making this smoothie ever since I shared the strawberry pineapple smoothie. One thing would lead to another and it kept not happening… until it did, obviously. Pineapples should be included in every smoothie from here on out because… just wow. It adds such an incredible flavor. Perfectly sweet and tropical.

This simple and flavorful 3-ingredient tropical smoothie is bursting with pineapple and coconut flavors. A fun and fruity drink, perfect for any time of the day… morning, noon or night! Breakfast, snack, post workout… you name it!

Change up your smoothie routine! Add this refreshing pineapple coconut smoothie to your plans!

This sounds so great for summer. I bet Noosa coconut yogurt would be perfect for this.

I have not been inside an Ulta! I’m thinking I need to go now! To be completely honest I didn’t even know what was inside that store so never had the desire to go in! I would have to agree that pineapple in a smoothie is a game changer!! Love this!!

I think you’d be surprised how much you might find in there! SO much to look at. It’s kind of overwhelming though. And thank you!!

My two favorite flavors in a smoothie are coconut and pineapple. This looks so yummy!

Not knowing your specific allergy, makes it hard to offer substitutions.

This sounds delicious. Is the pineapple fresh/frozen or canned/frozen? Or do they sell it already frozen like peaches and berries?

Most grocery stores should sell frozen pineapple chunks in the freezer section, near other frozen fruit. :)

Can the OJ be replaced with almond milk to lower the sugar?

You will lose flavor but you could certainly try it.

This looks so great but I really don’t like yogurt. Which kind of yogurt did you use for the recipe? Thank you!

I use traditional low-fat or non-fat yogurt. It has much less of a bite than thicker Greek yogurt.
