Snack Time

Because you were sitting there dying to know what I’ve been snacking on today, right?

For lunch I contemplated making a tuna sandwich but the idea of cracking a can and mixing it together didn’t appeal to me. In hindsight it would have been the quicker option and my belly would have thanked me for filling it sooner than later. It was grumbling at me but I decided cheese and bacon was necessary so I whipped up some of these:

They were good. Hot. Covered in melted cheese and bacon pieces. Mmm. How can you go wrong with bacon and cheese? I don’t think you can. The best part is that they’re easy to make, but do take a bit of time.

Simply put… chop up some potatoes into bite sized pieces as you please. Toss in olive oil. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes, flip and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Cover with cheese and bacon pieces, cook just until the cheese is fully melted. Enjoy!

While these were cooking I found myself munching on some less than amazing dill ovals. They just don’t have the punch all of the other jars I’ve devoured recently had. If you’ve been following me on Twitter you know how much it’s been.

And then there were these bad boys. They make me happy.

Have you had anything tasty today?

LOL The sad part is this isn’t too far from how I am normally. It’s not a daily thing but yep it’s just me intensified I guess.
