What is it about sad movies that keep us coming back? The Notebook for example, because that one gets me every time. Or in this case, Eight Below. The movie about a Siberian Husky sled dog team in Antarctica. It’d been ages since we first watched it, so I figured it was time for another viewing. And of course, it got me just as I expected. But, I still love it so much and I’m sure I’ll watch it again in the future.
It also really makes me miss my childhood dog…and want one again. Someday, maybe.
You had to have seen this coming, especially after the last two recipes for Guinness pizza dough and slow cooker Guinness French dip sandwiches.
I combined them into one amazing pizza, perfect for St Patrick’s Day celebrations… and of course, any pizza night or day of the week!
Easy and flavorful homemade Guinness pizza dough, topped off with slow cooked Guinness shredded beef, mushrooms, peppers and onions… AND two types of cheese. This is an absolute must make. You’re sure to fall in love with it!
