Thin Crust Two-Cheese White Pizza

Easy homemade white garlic pizza featuring two kinds of cheese and a spicy kick! A perfect addition to pizza night!

Because it’s Friday and that means it’s pizza night… here’s a super tasty and EASY homemade pizza recipe that just screams ME.

Why does it scream me? Because we all know it’s not really screaming, beyond the slight kick it’s got going on. No tomatoes! I’m not a fan. For as long as I can remember, that’s been the case. I used to ask for light sauce and gradually changed that to no sauce. I’ve since found other pizza sauces that are pretty darn amazing… barbecue, Alfredo and enchilada sauce to name just a few! BUT, I’d yet to make a white garlic pizza.

I’m not really sure what I was waiting for. I love pizza, hate tomatoes and love garlic. Soo… this one is a winner.

Normally I give a pizza dough recipe that would make a really big pizza or two. But for this one I’ve opted to cut it in half, a much more manageable size, especially if you don’t have to feed a ton of people OR you don’t want to be tempted by that much pizza. One 10-12″ pizza, or smaller if you want it a little thicker. That’s it! The perfect size.

An easy thin crust pizza, topped off with a fragrant spicy garlic olive oil and not one, but two varieties of cheese… and an additional sprinkling of pepper. Don’t skip the pepper! It’s one of my favorite additions to pizzas! Try it, you’ll love it!

Stop everything you’re doing and make this thin crust two-cheese white garlic pizza. Or at least add it to your plans asap! I promise you’ll love it!

White pizza is my love. I love the garlic and the olive oil just oozing between my teeth when I chomp down into it. Sounds gross, huh? Ugh, it’s so good. We went to a pizza place last night and all I could think about was our convo about white pizza, haha

This is a genius pizza recipe and so quick to make. I usually make this ahead of time, freeze the whole pizza completely prepared, then pop it in a preheated oven for a quick meal on those crazy days.

Hi! I’m having “make your own pizza night” tonight. Would this crust work if I split in half making 2 rounds and topped it with tomato sauce and toppings? Thanks!

You could absolutely split it into smaller portions for more personal sized pizzas. Enjoy!
