Super Bowl Recipe Roundup

With the Super Bowl just days away, I thought I’d share some last minute ideas. Even if you have your menu planned, there is always room for another item. It’d be hard for me to share just one must have recipe, so here is a fun collection of sweets, appetizers and main dishes that would be a perfect addition to your party.

Are you rooting for the Patriots or the Giants? Being a New England girl, born and raised, it’s a no brainer… Patriots all the way! I’m more interested in the commercials though honestly. Last year they weren’t all that memorable, so hopefully this year they’ll be better.

Make one, make them all… you’ll be happy either way. Enjoy.

Snacks and appetizers:

Spicy shredded taco bites

Buttermilk cornbread

Buffalo chicken wontons

Cracker jack

Soft pretzel bites

Panko onion rings

Pico de gallo

Buffalo chicken dip

Bagel chips

Main dish:

Panko chicken tenders

Andy’s mac and cheese

Baked mac and cheese

Buffalo chicken pizza

Buffalo mac and cheese

Italian sausage and pepper pizza

BBQ chicken pizza

Buffalo chicken chili

Two bean spicy chili

White chicken chili

Hot wings

Buffalo chicken stuffed shells

Sweets:

Blondie brownies

Ice cream sandwiches

Reese’s cup cookies

Peanut butter M&M cookies

Oatmeal raisin cookies

Funfetti cupcakes

Guinness and Bailey’s Irish cream cupcakes

Boston cream pie cupcakes
