Three Years
Baked by Rachel turns THREE today!
I’m truthfully shocked I’ve made it this far. There are few things that have lasted longer and I can probably count them on one hand. I promise I’ll be sharing this recipe with you in the coming days. It’s so seriously good you have to make it… just because or for your sweetie for Valentine’s Day!
In the meantime, here are some of my favorite recipes from the last three years. These are recipes my entire family loves and many we’ve made over and over… that good!Â
Apple coffee cake muffins <– moist and loaded with apples. If you make one muffin in your life, it should be this one.
English muffin bread
White chocolate peppermint bark cheesecake
Margaritas <– just yes :) But now I make these with cranberry juice because that’s my fav.
Frozen lemonade
NY Times chocolate chip cookies <– if you haven’t made these, trust me and just make them. They’re amazing and worth the 24 hour wait!
Gingerbread kiss cookies
Bacon and barbecue chicken pizza
Pork stuffed wontons <– making these tonight for dinner!
Apple Snickerdoodle cobbler
German apple pie <– I want this for my birthday. No cake. Just pie. Apple pie. German apple pie.
Parmesan scalloped potato stacks
Apple cinnamon fruit leather
Slow cooker loaded potato soup
Slow cooker chicken tortilla soup
Slow cooker Italian wedding soup
What was your favorite from the last three years?
Also… we have a serious blizzard heading this way, so if you’re like me… you’re stocking up on supplies for the storm and crossing your fingers the power stays on. Keep your fingers crossed tightly for us. The latest predictions for here were last up to  38″. If I disappear for a while…blame the blizzard of ’13 for knocking out the power.
Stay warm with these comforting slow cooker recipes!
Happy 3 years, Rachel! Hope you have many, many more :)
Thank you! :)
Happy 3 years! Um, snow storm = baking extravaganza! Hope you keep power and stay warm.
Thank you! And fingers crossed reaaal tight! :)
Happy Three Years!I was really glad to see list of different recipes, I get super-excited when bloggers to that. A friend and I are being each other’s “Valentine” just for fun, and so I’m definitely wanting to add some sort of cookie to my present for her. The NY Chocolate Chip sounds perfect!
They’re SO good. Definitely a perfect addition to your present. :)
Happy 3rd Blog Bday! Woot! Isn’t it crazy how quickly time goes by?
Thanks! And seriously, it flew by!

Thank you! So glad you found me and I hope you enjoy the recipes. :)
Yay You!! What an awesome accomplishment! And just look at all the amazingness you have brought to the world. Well done my friend!
Aw you’re sweet. Thanks, Amanda!
Making something several times, as a food blogger, is definitely a testament to how good it is! Happy 3rd, Rachel! Glad to share this pig pond with you :D Hunker down and stay warm! Oy.
It truly is proof that something is extra good. lol “oy” indeed!
Happy happy blog birthday, Rachel! That German apple pie is calling my name like MAJOR.
Thanks! If you’re as big of an apple pie fan as I am, you’re sure to love it!
Happy 3 years, lady! If you’re up to 38″, I don’t even want to know what I’m at. Still sitting here in denial looking at the grass outside my window ;) And if this ridiculous storm does actually happen, either those apple muffins or the NY Times cookies are getting made (assuming we have power) b/c both have been on my list forever!
Haha! When I last checked, your number had dropped significantly… maybe 15″ but even that’s crazy.
Happy bloggy bday, Baked by Rachel! hehe – good luck riding out the storm, you know you & i will be texting ;) stay warm and eat all the cupcakes to celebrate! haha
Absolutely!! Sadly the cupcakes didn’t stand a chance at making it to the storm. Oops.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY/BIRTHDAY!!!!
Happy blogiversary, Rachel! That’s a big accomplishment, Congrats!!
Happy 3rd bloggerversary! We’re suppose to get a big storm too, not 38″ {holy crap that’s a lot of snow!} but I’ll be keeping you in my prayers! :)
The amounts are seriously astonishing! Hopefully they’re wrong, in a serious way.
Happy Birthday!!!
