Caramel Pumpkin Pie Dip

Creamy homemade caramel pumpkin pie dip. A perfect dessert or appetizer for Thanksgiving and all Fall gatherings!

Creamy homemade caramel pumpkin pie dip recipe from @bakedbyrachel

Fall has always been a busy time. But as a kid, I never really understood that quite as much. Now, I totally see it all. From school events to birthdays, holidays, sports and much more – there always seems to be something going on.

Somehow, most planned events always involve food. I’m not complaining. Food brings people together.

I have lots of fond food memories.

Eating the pie filling with my cousin while no one else was in the room (mischievous kids and a delicious pie!). Breaking the wishbone with my brother. Shaping rolls with my mom and watching them rise. Cheese and crackers on every pass. Or even those amazing after dinner pillow mints… always a huge hit. And those are just holiday specific memories. I could go on, but I’ll save you from my random food memories…

Creamy homemade caramel pumpkin pie dip recipe from @bakedbyrachel

In these times of family and togetherness, we often find ourselves overly busy, wondering how we’ll fit it all in. Sometimes we’re so busy that baking a simple pie can be stressful. In walks this caramel pumpkin pie dip.

It requires no baking, no crust and only a mere 5 minutes of your time. Simple!

The taste of pie, without all of the fuss. Bonus, it can be enjoyed for dessert, snack or as an appetizer. And even better, this can easily be reduced or increased to serve a wide range of gathering sizes!

Grab your favorite dipping item and dig in! I highly recommend graham crackers, gingersnaps or apple slices. All 100% kid and adult approved.

I was totally the weird kid that didn’t eat the pie filling, but only ate the crust. What can I say, I like butter :D
BUT, I am pretty sure that I could the whole bowl of this dip – I am obsessed with that caramel addition! Pinned!
