Last July I had the pleasure of trying some Biscoff cookie and spread samples. I had never heard of it before then. Delicious is putting it lightly. At first glance you might think this is just another peanut butter spread based on it’s look and consistency (ps – it’s also available in crunchy, just like peanut butter) but is far from it… this delicious spread and it’s cookie counterpart are cinnamon flavored. They contain no nuts, making this a fantastic alternative for those with nut allergies. Both do contain wheat and soy, so please keep that in mind if you are allergic to either of those. Today I’m guest posting for Rachel of Not Rachael Ray. I was happy to help out a friend in need. I hope you’ll show her some love and stop by to say hi. I’m sharing some delicious and fun cookies.

I’m slow to join the party. I should have shared Valentine’s Day goodies with you days weeks ago. I just couldn’t get into the valentine spirit. And as much as I try to plan ahead, it’s hard. I get side tracked with family, life, shows…Pinterest, just to name a few. It happens. Continue Reading

I like making these for the aromas. The orange zest and cranberries give off wonderful fragrances. How something smells is just as important as how it looks and tastes, to me anyway. And these smell incredible. They also have a nice light taste. You can eat cookie after cookie without having a heavy feeling in your stomach like certain other desserts can cause.
